A MESSAGE FROM OUR CHAIRMAN
Congratulations to our Sunday League Team.
As at 2nd September 2007, Osterley CC are at the TOP of the 2nd Div of the Sunday Chess Valley League with 23 points. Also, our Net Run Rate is over 15 which is remarkable. Therefore even if we do not play the last game on 9th September, we will get promotion to the 1st Division. In 1st Division we will be playing against most of the County League sides.
Congratulations also to the 1st and 2nd Teams of the of the Middlesex League. Both these teams are 1st in the the 1st Division. Both these Teams have a good chance of playing in the County League next year. All we have to do is to make sure that our Colts sides are registered in the Colts League.
We are also in Finals of the Middlesex Knockout Cup to be played on 9th September 2007 against Finchley CC (yet another Premier County League Club) at Winchmore Hill. Just in 2007, Osterley has beaten 10 Premier County League sides.
Osterley CC has a success story which is not told by any other Club.
We have achieved this because of the unity and discipline.
